1、点击通用
进入苹果手机的设置，点击“通用”。
2、点击后台App刷新
进入通用设置后，点击“后台App刷新”。
3、继续点击后台App刷新
进入后继续点击“后台App刷新”。
4、关闭后台App刷新
在后台App刷新页面，点击选择“关闭”即可。
